Been the victim of a timeshare resale scam?
PLEASE READ: Please provide an answer to each question in the below survey. The more information you can provide, the greater your chances of obtaining a refund from the resale company. Don't delay, time is not on your side. Be sure to include a detailed story, in your own words, in the additional comments section about your experience with the resale company. Please make sure to include an explanation of all the representations that were made to you. Although you do not have to include your story in order to submit your survey (you can email it later), we will need it to process your complaint against the resale company. As time is not on your side, it is best to submit your story now.
My Consumer Advocate (MCA) is not a telemarketing company and does not solicit potential customers or initiate contact with them. The potential customer initiates contact with MCA, usually using information obtained from its website. MCA does not invite potential customers to telephone it nor does it encourage such calls. It posts its phone number on its website and potential customers may make whatever use of that posting they desire. MCA does not offer any gifts, awards, prizes or communications to potential customers which represents its services and which invites a response by telephone which is then followed by a call from a salesperson. MCA does not invite a response by telephone in any written or oral notifications or advertisement directed to potential customers.
