TERMS OF SERVICE
All recovery services are provided by Philip W. Dann, Esquire. Mr. Dann has practiced law for over 40 years and has nearly 10 years of experience in the timeshare industry. Mr. Dann is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
My Consumer Advocate has been assisting timeshare owners with recovery services since 2007. The Better Business Bureau of West Florida has issued an A rating for the company.
We offer the services with two payment options:
1) an administrative fee of $200.00 to initiate the services and upon refund of monies, the client will pay us a fee equal to 25% of the refunded amount. If you have more than one company which you want to recovery money from then the fee is $200.00 for the first transaction and $149.00 for each transaction thereafter plus a fee equal to 25% of the refunded amount.
2) no administrative fee to initiate the services and upon refund of monies, the client will pay us a fee equal to 50% of the refunded amount.
The administrative fees are non-refundable unless the services are canceled within the three (3) day cancellation period which begins once the service agreement is signed. My Consumer Advocate (MCA) provides escrow services for refunds which will be dispersed to the owner. If a refund is provided directly to the owner then will be required to make payment to MCA per the agreed upon terms of service.

My Consumer Advocate (MCA), its employees, agents, and/or managers shall not be considered employees of the consumer retaining MCA's Advocacy Services in any way, or for any purpose, and therefore MCA or its employees, officers, agents or assignees shall have no liability to consumer listed herein retaining MCA's Advocacy Services under this agreement.
I understand and agree to the fact that MCA will be due 25% or 50% of any refunds received. I understand and agree to the fact that said percentages are non-negotiable. It is ONLY paid once a refund has been received. Payment is due and payable upon receipt of permanent refund. Any refund secured after authorizing our services are subject to our fees.
This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. All parties agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida.
